The project was completed at a total cost of $211,626.49. All expenses <br />Budget amendment: for the project have been paid. The remaining balance of $105,769.51 will be transferred to CIP- <br />Yes X No <br />PowerPoint presentation: <br />Yes X No <br />3. <br />Project summary statement: <br />Attachments: Periodic renovations to Parks and Community Services Department sport courts are necessary to <br />keep the sport courts functional and enjoyable for park users and to minimize maintenance costs. <br />Closing Ordinance This project renovated the sport court. The sport courts had not been resurfaced for at least 20 <br />Department(s) involved: years and needed repairs due to wear caused by long-term, heavy use, and tree root damage. <br />Parks & Facilities <br />The existing court was configured only for tennis. <br />Administration The tennis court was replaced and converted into a multiuse sport court and restriped for <br />pickleball, tennis, and basketball.
