2023 ORDINANCE: Forest Park Sport Court Renovation Page 1 of 2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3938-23 <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project, entitled “Forest Park Sport Court <br />Renovation,” Fund 354, Program 065, as established by Ordinance No. 3733-20 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A.The Parks special improvement project “Forest Park Sport Court Renovation”, Fund 354, Program <br />065, was established to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br />B.The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br />C.There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That the project entitled “Forest Park Sport Court Renovation”, Fund 354, Program 065, be <br />closed. <br />Section 2. That the final revenues and expenses for the “Forest Park Sport Court Renovation”, Fund <br />354, Program 065, are as follows: <br />REVENUES <br />Fund 354 – CIP-3 $ 35,000.00 <br />Fund 145 $155,000.00 <br />Washington State Recreation and <br />Conservation Office grant $111,983.99 <br />Total $301,983.99 <br />EXPENSES <br />Construction $201,897.94 <br />Transfers Out $100,086.05 <br />Total $301,983.99
