So I see no reason to suspend contract time. Therefore, if Rodarte has other reasons it desires to suspend contract time,then please present them, otherwise the City of Everett will continuing counting down of working days. Since Vince Bruscas is project manager for Everett Transit Department,the time suspension call is really his.
