The biosolids project will be paid from Fund 401-5- 200-112-646-480. The job cost number for this project will be UT3808-3-0480. The budget for the entire 2023 Biosolids Removal and Disposal Program is $1.8 Million. Project summary statement: The City's wastewater treatment plant removes approximately 2,000 dry tons of biosolids in the recirculation channel. The biosolids are used for agricultural land application. This solicitation will result in a contract award for the land application of biosolids at facilities permitted to receive biosolids as a soil amendment for agronomic use.
