r S <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE No. .29214. <br /> ^Y ORDINI�INCE approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll in Local Improvement District NJo. 553, for <br /> the improvement of Lombard Avenue from 10th Street to 13th <br /> Street by grading to proper grade, installation of water mains, <br /> construction of concrete curb and gutters and concrete sidewalk <br /> on both sides of street, installation of necessary drainage and <br /> doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement under <br /> Ordinance No. 2905 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment <br /> on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land or other property as shown by said roll, and providing <br /> for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of issue <br /> thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local Improvement District No. 553 for the improvement of <br /> Lombard revenue from 10th Street to 13th Street by grading to <br /> proper grade, installation of water r: ins, construction of <br /> concrete curb and gutters and concrete sidewalk on both sides of <br /> street, installation of necessary drainage end doing all work <br /> necessary to make a complete improve- ant under Ordinance No. <br /> 2905 of the City of : verett , as the same now stands, be , and <br /> the same is hereby in all things apmoved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land or other property as shown on said roll is hereby <br /> declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at <br /> least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment <br /> appearing against the same is in proportion to the assessments <br /> appearing upon said roll , and that there is hereby levied an <br /> assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other <br /> property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged <br /> against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the 161 day , 19 :3, <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds required to <br /> be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the City of hverett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said City. <br /> Layor <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: / — / 7. — 13 <br /> Published: /-- 4 -7/3 <br />
