There Is a submittal htn at top of stairs. <br />The permit application packet need s to be complete as outlined in the Commercial Checklist Your submittal would <br />Ind use a completed and signed permit application, 2 sets of each: construction drawings, engineering calculations that <br />may be required and 2 site plans. <br />You may find our most up to date applications and checklists online: <br />httos://everettwa.eov/permits <br />We strongly suggest securing the services of a design professional Focused by the State of Washington (architect, <br />engineer) to develop plans and detailsthat show the projectwill meet code. <br />The plans need to clearly depictthe extent of the work proposed (or completed without permits) as well as address the <br />code deficiencies found within the structure. Regardless of whether the decision is to remove or keep the un-permittetl <br />work, the construction plans need to show (at a minimum): <br />1. Whatthe existing structure looked The prior to the alterations completed without permits. <br />2. Whatthe structure's current condition looks like. <br />3. What has been altered and how it meets current code requirements. Include all un- Perm iRed alterations to the <br />property/structure and/or any proposed construction necessaryto bring the property/structure into code <br />omplia <br />Plans also need to reflect compliance with the Land Use and Zoning requirements in the Everett Municipal Code.
