While
responding to a flood we observed water bypassing the upper pond. Water was leaving the upper pond
between the retention wall and the fence and entered back into the lower pond. This was Causing the water to
cycle through the system and not be processed properly. AQUALIS built a berm to prevent water from flowing
around the retention wall and increase the storage capacity of the upper pond as designed by the engineers
hired by WinCo. We also adjusted the standpipe at the lower outfall structure. All waste was disposed of in an
appropriate oflsite facility.
Scope of Work
AQUALIS provided the Services and Deliverables) as follows:
• Mobilized all labor and equipment to the facility
• Maintenance adjustments to standpipe at lower outfall structure
• Prepared stormwater basin for bens installation
• Backfilled and compacted soil and stone onto area where berm is to be built (40 ft long by 5 It wide)
• Laid native seed blend and erosion control matting on all disturbed soils to promote revegetation and
stabilization
• Disposed of all accumulated debris in appropriate facility
0 Demobilized
