INTRODUCTION: <br />This memorandum has been prepared by 1SA Civil (J SA) at the request of WinCo Foods (WinCo) and the City of <br />Everett (City) to document modifications to the existing pump stations taken by Wince to resolve the ongoing <br />flooding issues at the intersection of 1000' St SE and 16" Ave SE. <br />2. BACKGROUND: <br />Since 2016, Wince foods has taken significant steps to reduce ongoing flooding. These steps are documented In <br />the January 2022 Technical Memorandum prepared by JSA Civil, which has been previously submitted to the <br />City of Everett. <br />In addition to the items listed in the Jan 2022 Technical Memorandum the following maintenance/modifications <br />have been completed on the pump stations: <br />September 2020 <br />• Ran diagnostics on pumps. Upper pump was in fairly good condition with some low readings but no <br />further action required. Lower station was in good condition however crews removed a wasps nest and <br />replaced broken alarm light due to vandalism. <br />December 2019 <br />• Repaired MH and damaged lower lift station alarm light <br />November2016 <br />9 Switched polarity of connections to correct Impeller direction and replaced an HOA switch. <br />
