Building Height <br /> We have revised the building height and updated the height calculations. <br /> C. Site Plan <br /> 1. We have included the on-site parking calculation of 2 parking spots. We have <br /> included the two on-site parking spots: 1 -the one car garage and 2 -the pergola area <br /> adjacent to the alley will be removed and will be make that a second parking spot. <br /> 2. Proposed and existing setbacks have been added <br /> 3.
