We have updated our plans in response and identified the <br />comments below with additional information. All changes are clouded and tagged <br />with revision triangle 2. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />1. On Sheet C 1.3, the proposed dumpster enclosure location and the proposed <br />roof construction of the dumpster enclosure (meeting the definition of Building <br />Area per IBC Chapter 2) as it appears to exceed the exterior wall opening <br />thresholds of a structure per IBC Table 705.8 (where the proximity of the <br />exterior walls are less than 10'-0" from the property lines). Please revise plans <br />as required such that the exterior wall openings are reduced or the roof <br />structure is removed. IBC Table 602, 705.8. <br />The size of the dumpster enclosure dictates the roof covering per public works, so <br />we have modified the structure to meet the requirements for the openings per <br />705.8. The south elevation wall has been extended up to reduce the wall opening <br />size to meet the thresholds referenced above. The area calculations have been <br />added to the elevations on A2-3 for reference. The structural plans have also been <br />updated to design the taller wall, and the updated connections to the roof <br />structure based on this minor change. The structural plans are also clouded to <br />show the changes. <br />The vacutech shop drawings were updated to show the updated parking stall <br />configuration.
