City Procurement Policy requires Council authorization of awards greater than <br />$250,000. <br />Project summary statement: <br />CDW-Government LLC (CDW-G) is an Information Technology multi -brand provider of <br />information technology solutions. CDW-G holds licenses and certifications for frequently <br />used software and hardware, such as Dell laptops, Chromebooks, Microsoft, and Adobe <br />software. These products are available from CDW-G through the Sourcewell Contract <br />#081419-CDW/COE 442020-066. <br />The City has an Interlocal Agreement with Sourcewell that allows for purchases from its <br />competitively awarded contracts in lieu of soliciting bids on our own. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Award and authorize approximately $300,000 to be Spent Annually with CDW- <br />Government LLC from Sourcewell Contract #081419-CDW/COE #2020-066 for <br />Information Technology purchases. <br />
