• <br /> 11 PAC \, <br /> RTNERS CONSULTING LLC <br /> o1/28/2022 <br /> Hashtag and City of Everett Planning Department <br /> To Whom it May Concern, <br /> I hereby affirm, to the best of my knowledge and belief, based on inspections, <br /> observations, testing and review of the HASHTAG EVERETT PROJECT and upon <br /> reports submitted by others, that this PROJECT is substantially compliant with <br /> budgetary rules surrounding ada upgrade requirements stating that 2o% of the <br /> overall budget must be applied to fulfilling ada accessibility requirements. The <br /> HASHTAG EVERETT PROJECT is anticipated to cost $124,000. The storefront <br /> renovations will enhance accessibility to the building and will cost around <br /> $2o,000. In addition, the upgrades to the existing bathroom will cost around <br /> $12,000 in order to enhance and/or comply with ada standards. Lastly, <br /> performing ada accessible markings/striping of the parking lot and upgrading <br /> the existing parking schematics will cost around $8000.
