Construction Is proposed on the eastern <br />half of the property (approximately 5 acres) and would Include a 14,520 square foot office/maintenance <br />building, a two bay fueling Island with canopy featuring an underground 20,000-gallon diesel tank and <br />underground 2,000-gallon gas tank, and associated parking areas r trucks, trailers, employees, and ' <br />customers. The site will be flited�with-b 1 bic yards of material for development of <br />he property.
