Per the requirements of the City of Everett, <br />this report has been prepared in accordance with the standards of the January 2019 City of Everett Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development (Everett Standards) and the 2012 Stormwater <br />Management Manual for Western Washington as Amended in December 2014 (DOE Manual). <br />Proposed site improvements include asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping, sanitary sewer service, domestic <br />water service, natural gas service, overhead power service, and fire water service. Proposed onsite stormwater <br />improvements include new catch basins, conveyance piping, two oil/water separators, and two cartridge -based <br />stormwater quality devices (Stormfilters).
