The Erosion Control Specialist identified <br />prior to the start of construction will be on -call at all times. <br />This Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan will be retained on -site during construction. A City <br />inspector will be notified if changes are made to this plan. Changes may occur if there are significant modifications <br />to the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of the proposed drainage system or installed BMPs. <br />The contractor will designate at least one person as a responsible representative in charge of ESC and water quality <br />protection.
