SECTION II: SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance and the available topography we have the following info: <br /> • Topography: The site moderately slopes towards west of the property. Refer to the <br /> grading plan for more details. <br /> • Drainage: The site runoff drains to the existing combined sewer system. <br /> • Soils: Per NRCS survey of Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood - <br /> Urban land complex, 2 to 8 percent slopes.
