This operation and Maintenance manual shall be a guideline for maintaining the <br /> stormwater conveyance system onsite and shall be kept onsite as all times by the current <br /> owner of the property. <br /> The owner of the property shall be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the <br /> stormwater system for the property in accordance with this manual and keep a record of the <br /> said inspections/maintenance on the property. All maintenance and inspection records <br /> shall be transferred to any new owner of the property. <br /> Please see the enclosed sheets for an approximate inspection schedule for each of the <br /> components of the stormwater system.
