Height Calculations. Please see the attached Building Height Handout. The Base <br /> Elevation Calculation table on the site plan does not match the four points shown. <br /> Please take special note of how we calculate the average base elevation as the <br /> current locations of the four points are incorrect. Include benchmark location on <br /> site plan. Elevation drawings must show height from the average base elevation to <br /> highest peak of the highest roofline. Elevation drawings must also include roof pitch <br /> information. Sheet A1.1 updated the benchmark elevations,added topography <br /> contour dimensions,and the ABE calculations. Sheets A4.1 &A4.2 corrected <br /> ABE and called out heights from ABE,showing the 45'based on zoning code <br /> chapter 19.33G with the exception buildings with roofs pitched at least <br /> four:twelve may exceed height limits by up to ten feet. <br /> 2. Parking Garage Design Standards. Buildings containing above grade structured <br /> parking shall screen such parking areas with landscaped berms or incorporate <br /> contextual architectural elements that complement adjacent buildings or buildings <br /> in the area to the satisfaction of the planning director. Decorative grills have been <br /> located to compliment the façade. Landscaping has been strategically placed. <br /> 3. Prohibited Building Materials. Plain Concrete. To add visual interest,the use of <br /> specialized textures and/or colors used effectively with other building materials and <br /> details is required. Please provide additional details to garage level façade. Submit <br /> colored elevations, notes on material,texture, and/or color,and include a photo <br /> example of the metal grills. The metal grill dimensions and locations should better <br /> harmonize with upper floor architectural design. Concrete garage walls to be <br /> /3 <br />
