ORDINAI'ICE No. 2943 ;IN ORDINANCE -providing for the vacation of the follow- ing described alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish , State of Washington, to-wit: Alley in block 661, irlat of ',verett , Division "I" ; and i; 3EItkb S, the owners of more then two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the alley in ,,lock 661, -'lat of Everett , Division "I" have duly filed their Petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said alley; and VTEREAS , said City Council of the City of Everett, did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 27th day of January, 1942, at 10:00 o' clock A . E. , of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and 1.11 REAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the deter <ination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; and ':TB RE AS, at the tine and the place fixed for hearing no persons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein aescribed alley and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition; and '11-ERE S, it now appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described alley .
