Section 6: POLICE COURT DEPARTI'aNT: There shall be in the Police Court Department the following named officer: One Clerk of the court (part time ) , who shall perform the duties pertaining to his office. Section 7 : PARK DFPsR`Ir '_ -T. There shall be in the office of the Park Department the following named officers and assistants, to-wit: One Superintendent; One foreman; One Assistant Fore- man; Two Gardeners; Seven Laborers; One Secretary (part time) , and One or more seasonal workers (part tine ) . The Park Department shall De under the general charge and supervision of the Park Superintendent . The other assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the nature of their office and as authorized and directed by the Park Superintendent . DEPARTLENT OF FINANCE Section 8: CITY CLi:NLK DEPARTIivTT. There shall be the following named deputies and assistants in the office of the City Clerk, to-wit: One Deputy City Clerk; One Stenographer and Clerk, and one or more Clerks (part time ) . It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of the City Clerk under the authority and direction of the City Clerk. Section 9: CITY TREASURER DEPARTMENT. There shall be the following named deputies and assist- ants in the office o" the City Treasurer, to-wit: One Deputy Treasurer; One Assistant Deputy Treasurer; One Water Cashier; One Assistant Water Cashier; One Clerk end Bookkeeper, and one or more- Clerks (part time) . It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of the City Treasurer as the City Treasurer shall authorize and direct.
