I ORDINANCE No. 2932. AN ORDIT?_:TTCE providing for the vacation of the follow- ing described portion of a street in the City of Everett, State of Washington, to-wit : All that portion of a street that lies outside of the original Easterly line of Lot 1 , Block 10 , Central Park Addition to Everett and within the following described lines: Tangent line produced Northerly from a point of curve at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 10 , Central Park Addition to Everett and a tangent line produced Northeasterly from a point of curve at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 , Block 10, Central Park Addition to Everett, said lines joined together by a curve having a Fourteen (14) foot radius, all in Central Park Addition to Everett, Snohomish County, Washington; and ?,AREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon that portion of a. street that lies outside of the original Easterly line of Lot 1, Block 10, Central Park addition to Everett and within the following des- cribed lines: Tangent line produced Northerly from a point of curve at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 10 , Central Park Addition to Everett and a tangent line produced North- easterly from a point of curve at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 10 , Central Park Addition to Everett, said lines joined together by a curve having a Fourteen (14) foot radius, all in Central Park Addition to Everett , Snohomish County, Washington, have duly filed their petition with the City council of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of said street; and T;HEHEAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted fix the 18th day of September, 1941, at 10:00 o'clock A. of said day for the hearing and determina- tion of said petition; and IT REAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been duly given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and the place fixed for hearing no persons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of said street and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said Petition; and 1rHIMEAS, it now appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of said street. NOW, TIE FORE, THE CITY OF EVEE-ZETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That all that portion of a street in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit:
