On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 11.A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10%of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 12.A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector.
