Any soil stockpile <br /> will be located with the disturbed area shown on the SWPPP plan. Soil excavated for the <br /> basement will be backfilled against the foundation and graded away from the building pad. <br /> No soils shall remain exposed and unworked for more than 2 days between October 1 and April <br /> 30. Once the disturbed landscape areas are graded, the grass areas will be sodded or permanent <br /> seeded. <br /> Any stockpiles will be covered in plastic if left unworked. <br /> 10 <br />
