• <br /> The BMPs selected to control the "Protect Slopes" erosion control element of the project will be <br /> used to protect slopes and will be shown or added as a note on the SWPPP plan. <br /> Actions will be taken to accomplish these requirements and objectives,given the unique <br /> circumstances of the project and or site. <br /> No cut slope over 4 feet high will exceed 2 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical, and no fill slope <br /> over 4 feet high will exceed 3 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical. Therefore, there is no <br /> requirement for engineered slope protection. <br /> Sediment will be removed from the site with the BMPs listed at the locations shown on the <br /> SWPPP plan. <br /> 12 <br />
