EROSION CONTROL ELEMENT#11 -Maintain BMPs. <br /> Requirements—Maintain BMPs <br /> 1. All temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control BMPs shall be <br /> maintained and repaired as needed to assure continued performance of their <br /> intended function. Maintenance and repair shall be conducted in accordance <br /> with the BMP specifications. <br /> 2. All temporary erosion and sediment control BMPs shall be removed within 30 <br /> days after final site stabilization is achieved or after the temporary BMPs are no <br /> longer needed. <br /> 3. Trapped sediment shall be removed or stabilized on site.Disturbed soil resulting <br /> from removal of BMPs or vegetation shall be permanently stabilized <br /> The following Best Management Practices,(BMPs),the ones that the Contractor will <br /> implement on your site,to meet the erosion control requirements listed above. <br /> ✓ Maintain and repair in accordance with BMP specifications <br /> BMPs will be inspected and maintained during construction and removed within 30 days after <br /> the City of Everett site inspector determines that the site is stabilized, provided that they may be <br /> removed when they are no longer needed. <br /> 18 <br />
