Permanent Stormwater Control Plan
A. Off-site Analysis
The downstream drainage system for the subject site was investigated for approximately 0.5
mile. The extent of the drainage system investigated consists of mainly underground
conveyance system and through a detention pond. Observations of this system are therefore
limited to evidence of overtopping or flooding and/or silted or clogged structures.
The storm water runoff from the site is directed to the existing 24" storm water pipe along
the east side of 19th Ave SE flowing south.
Runoff collects in a Detention vault DDF1985J02 near the intersection of 108th St SE.A 24"
dia.pipe flows into the vault.
The vault has an 18" dia. pipe outfall.Runoff flows west 375 ft from the vault to a
detention/wet pond(Penny Creek)a Multicell Wet pond.(City of Everett parcel#
28051900103000)
A 24" dia.CP pipe outfall to private system drainage system at the Silver Lake Center
(shopping center).A 36" dia.CMP culvert on the north side of 12th St SE intercepts runoff
and conveys it east to 19th Ave SE where a 30" dia.CP pipe conveys runoff to the south to a
24" dia. CMP pipe that outfall to Silver Lake.No erosion at the outfalls were observed.
See the Attached Offsite Analysis Map for additional information.
No Impacts to the downstream drainage system are anticipated. At the time of the
investigation there were not any obvious problems with the system.Catch basins observed
were clear of debris and free of standing water. There was no evidence of overtopping or
flooding observed. There were no unusual conditions within the quarter mile investigation.
