<br /> Ninth: All persons (except police or other officers,
<br /> whose duty it is to make arrests) who shall carry upon their per•soi
<br /> any concealed weapon, consisting of a revolver, pistol or other
<br /> firearm, or any knife other than an ordinary pocket knife , or any
<br /> dirk or dagger, slingshot or metal knuckles, or any other instru-
<br /> ment used as a weapon.
<br /> Tenth: Drawing and Exhibiting '..Teapon: All persons
<br /> (except peace officers, as aforesaid ) who shall draw, exhibit or
<br /> attempt to use any deadly weapon upon, to or against another per-
<br /> son in said city with intent to do bodily injury to such person,
<br /> or to intimidate such person, except in lawful defense of person
<br /> or pr operty.
<br /> Eleventh: Firing �reapons : All persons (except peace
<br /> officers, as aforesaid engaged in the lawful discharge of their
<br /> duty, and persons practicing at target shooting in shooting
<br /> gallery, or other shooting range which has been approved by the
<br /> Chief of Police of the City of Everett ) who shell, within the
<br /> city, fire off or discharge any bomb, gun, pistol or firearms of
<br /> any kind , except in lawful defense of person or property.
<br /> Twelfth: Discharging Firecrackers and Explosives: Any
<br /> person who shall fire, discharge , explode or set off any squib,
<br /> firecracker, torpedo , or other thing containing powder or other
<br /> explosive materials in the City of -Everett .
<br /> Thirteenth: Impersonating Police : Any person who
<br /> shall falsely represent any of the «--rlbers of the Police Depart-
<br /> ment of the City, or who shall with intent to deceive, use or
<br /> imitate any of the signs, signals or devices adopted and used by
<br /> the Police Department, or who shall wear in public the uniform,
<br /> badges, or insignia prescribed to be worn by the Police officials
<br /> of said City.
<br /> Fourteenth : Annoying Females: Any male person vh.o
<br /> shall wilfully annoy, bother, molest, insult , or offer any affront
<br /> to any female person.
<br /> Fifteenth : Malicious P;'.is chief: Any person who for
<br /> the purpose of annoyance or mischief shall place in any doorway
<br /> or on any sidewalk, street or alley in said city , any box,
<br /> barrel, cask , or other thing , or who shall remove, interfere
<br /> with, carry away, cr destroy the property of anothe r, or who shall
<br /> tear down, destroy or mutilate any notice or handbill lawfully
<br /> posted up in said city .
<br /> Sixteenth: Lewdness: Any person in said city
<br /> who shall lewdly end viciously cohabit with another, not the husba d
<br /> or wife of such person, and any person who shall be guilty of open
<br /> or gross lewdness, or who shall ma ke any open and indecedent or
<br /> obscene exposure of his or her person, or the person of another.
<br /> Section 2: An emergency is declared to exist and thi
<br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its s d publication.
