City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. <br /> This work to be under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the <br /> Water Department. Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. <br /> 7. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City <br /> Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 8. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Water and Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure <br /> shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 9. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
