Our maps indicate there are geologic hazard areas located on/adjacent to the property(see <br /> map below). Per EMC 19.37.070(see table 37:1)a Geological Assessment letter is required <br /> when there are potential geologically hazardous areas on or within 200 feet of the proposed <br /> project area. Please submit a geological assessment letter at your earliest <br /> convenience.
