I've attached the permit application and it would be the same set of drawings but I did previously connect with Thad Newport and after looking at our drawings he said PW permit wasn't needed if we were not disturbing the ground.This is an equipment swap of EV chargers not a proposed EV charging station (aka the old equipment already exists).
