I hadn't finished the approvals last week while was waiting to hear back with contractor information but after receiving your check, I finalized the remainder of approvals and applied your payment towards the building permit fees of B2209-051. In addition to your building permit, you have three other permits for this project. PW2209-015 covers site work, U2302-011 is for your water and sewer connections to the new DADU, and M2209-078 is for your mechanical fixtures. After applying the check towards your building permit fees, the total balance remaining is$392.12. We will require these fees to be paid before we can issue your permit. In addition to these last fees, we will also require contractor information as I mentioned in my previous email.
