INSPECTION AND INFESTATIONS. E3Y SIGNING THiS <br />ADDENDUM, YOU REPRESENT THAT <br />• YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE DWELLING PRIOR TO MOVING <br />IN, OR PRIOR TO SIGNING THIS ADDENDUM, AND YOU DID <br />NOT FiND ANY EVIDENCE OF BEl) BUGS OR A BED BUG <br />INFESTATION: <br />OR <br />• YOU WILL INSPECT THE DWELLING WITHIN 48 HOURS <br />AFTER MOVING IN, OR WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER SIGNING <br />THIS ADDENDUM AND WILL NOTIFY US OF ANY BED BUGS <br />OR BED BUG INFESTATIONS. <br />You agree that you have read the information provided in this, <br />Addendum and that you ate not aware at any infestation or <br />presence of bed bugs in your current ur previous dwellings, <br />furniture, clothing; personal property, or possessions. You <br />also acknowledge that you have fully disclosed to us any <br />pi et loos bed bug infestations or bed bug issues that you have <br />er.perienced. <br />It you disclose to us a previous experience with bed hug <br />infestations or other bed bug related issues we can review <br />documentation ofthe previous treatment(s) and inspect your <br />pet sonal property and possession to confirm the absence of <br />lied bugs <br />5. ACCESS FOR INSPECTION AND PEST TREATMENT. <br />You must allow us and our pest control agents access to the <br />dwelling at reasonable times to inspect for or treat bed bugs <br />as allowed by law. You and your family members, occupants <br />guests, and invitees must cooperate and will not interfere <br />vsoh inspections of treatments.
