SEVERABILITY. It any provision of this Addendum or <br />the Lease Contract is invalid or unenforceable under applicable <br />law, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such <br />invalidity nr unenforceabiiity only without invalidating or <br />othei wise affecting the remainder of this Addendum or the <br />Lease Contract. The court shall interpret the lease and <br />provisions herein in a manner such as to uphold the valid <br />portions of this Addendum while preserving the intent of the <br />parties. <br />9.
