Reports will be provided in electronic format (e.g., PDF) unless otherwise mutually agreed. •Onboarding and Support for Members: Onboarding Members on the Carrot Platform (where available) and making available applicable Member Services (as defined below) to Members during the Subscription Period. •Implementation and Ongoing Account Management: Carrot will dedicate account management resources to Customer for implementation and ongoing support. •Launch Kit: Announcement and communication materials about Carrot. •Carrot Pregnancy: Virtual access to both digital resources and subject matter experts for support throughout pregnancy, and in preparation for labor and delivery for Members based in eligible countries. • Menopause and Low-T: Effective as of January 1, 2023, virtual access to both digital resources and subject matter experts for Members based in eligible countries who are experiencing menopause or low testosterone.
