Page 11 of 14 <br />v. 202207 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />LAUNCH AND COMMUNICATION SUPPORT <br />Carrot is committed to ensuring both a successful program launch and ongoing engagement. To support Customer, Carrot agrees <br />to do the following. <br />1. Benefit Launch and Annual Reminder Communication to Eligible Employees <br />(Customer must choose one option for launch communication) <br />(a) [X] Carrot will send a registration email upon Carrot launch to Eligible Employees on behalf of Customer. Carrot will <br />share such email’s content with Customer. <br />(b) [] Carrot will provide Customer with a stand-alone registration email and Customer agrees to send it to Eligible <br />Employee on, or within the one week following, the first date on which Eligible Employees may create their Carrot <br />Account, bcc’ing Carrot (notify@get-carrot.com). <br />(c) [] Direct mailer in lieu of email. Carrot to provide a design file to Customer for the mailer. Customer to print and send <br />to eligible employees (at Customer’s sole cost and expense) so it arrives on, or within two weeks following, the first date on <br />which Eligible Employees may activate their Carrot Account. Customer to provide Carrot with a screenshot confirming it <br />was sent. <br />Customer represents to Carrot that the following is, to the best of its knowledge, an effective method of actually informing (i.e., <br />providing affirmative notification to) Eligible Employees about the Member Services: <br />For subsequent years, Carrot and Customer shall together ensure that a stand-alone registration reminder communication is sent <br />annually at the start of each new plan year to remind Eligible Employees of the Carrot benefit available by the method agreed <br />upon above. Carrot will share content with Customer. <br />1. Ongoing Support for Benefit Awareness and Engagement Among Employees <br />Direct Communications for Ongoing Awareness and Engagement <br />(Customer must choose one of the following) <br />(a) [X] Carrot will send three incremental emails per year to Eligible Employees to announce new membership benefits, <br />partnerships, resources and exclusive events. Carrot will share such email’s content with Customer. Eligible Employees will <br />have the option to unsubscribe from communications in email. <br />(b) [] Customer agrees to send the three incremental emails per year to Eligible Employees on behalf of Carrot to announce <br />new membership benefits, partnerships, resources and exclusive events. Customer shall send each such incremental email to <br />all Eligible Employees within the agreed timeframe, and bcc Carrot (notify@get-carrot.com) on each such distribution. <br />2. Indirect Communications Required for Discovery within Benefit Ecosystem <br />•Customer agrees to post about Carrot benefit on company intranet and benefits portal (if any), using Carrot-provided <br />content options. <br />•Carrot to provide Customer with materials for new hire information (if any). Customer agrees to include Carrot into new <br />hire orientation and physical or digital materials received by a new hire. <br />•Customer agrees to include Carrot in open enrollment programming (if any) using Carrot-provided content options. <br />•Customer agrees to include Carrot in its virtual benefits fair (if any) using Carrot-provided content options. <br />•Customer agrees to connect Carrot to any employee resource groups (ERGs) (if any) for programming and <br />communication opportunities among group members. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D630F73D-D64F-4694-A24A-FC8220069016
