OER will make all arrangements and enter <br />into subcontracts with material collectors and recyclers for recycling of collected <br />materials. <br /> <br />At event the following materials will be collected and recycled: <br /> <br />• Tires (6 per load-no rims, no heavy truck or back hoe tires) + <br />• Appliances (Contractors will charge participants for refrigerator, freezers, <br /> and hot water heaters for proper processing and recycling)+ <br />• Ferrous Metals
