Page 9 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Support Terms <br />Company will provide product assistance and technical support (e.g. explanation of data and visualization, <br />corrections) to Customer via both telephone and electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am <br />through 6:00 pm Mountain Time, with the exclusion of Federal and State (Utah) Holidays (“Support <br />Hours”). Customer may contact the Company for product assistance or support by dialing 801-823-0083 <br />or by emailing support@datafyhq.com. <br />Whereas Customer has requested product customization, support will also include up to two rounds of <br />revisions of the format and structure of the customized analysis and report. Additional modifications and <br />customization requests will be billed separately at an hourly rate. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
