1.C. Who are you proposing to be the project manager if awarded this contract? What is <br />their experience with this work and other aspects pertinent to this project? What is their <br />years of experience, years in industry, years with firm, year of applicable licenses, and etc? <br />Provide a list of three similar projects that person has been involved in and their role. <br />We are excited to introduce our key staff that will be engaged with the City of Everett and work directly on this project and the <br />following pages provide bios highlighting their qualifications.Teresa Townsend will serve as the project manager and primary <br />person responsible for the services required.She will work closely with MGL and Enric Sabadell who will lead the firm in performing <br />fleet and charging technology, facilities, utility impacts, costs, and related analyses. James Hall of ITLC will lead the human resources <br />and training aspects of the plan. An organization chart following the bios illustrates project roles and responsibilities for each team <br />member and key task. <br />Teresa Townsend, AICP (she/her/hers) <br />Chief Executive Officer/Principal Planner, <br />Project Manager (Raleigh, NC) ,Years with Firm: 16 <br />Teresa brings a multidisciplinary background and 30 years of experience in <br />community, environmental, and transportation planning to develop climate, <br />sustainability, vulnerability and resiliency plans, and conduct research and technical <br />assistance for local, state, national and international efforts. She leads development of <br />online and GIS based climate, emissions and EV planning tools. Teresa was the firm <br />principal for the ZETP for GoRaleigh and has led municipal climate action and <br />resiliency plans.
