January 19, 2023 <br />Planning Communities acknowledges and has reviewed the City of Everett Federal Transit Administration Clauses (last <br />updated: 11/15/2022) included in RFP #2022-109 on pages 25-59 of the PDF and the firm along with its team members <br />agree to comply with all applicable Federal Transit Administration Clauses if selected to enter a contract with the City. We <br />have attached those clauses to this acknowledgement and signed the only clause that includes a signature block (p. 28 of <br />FTA Clauses, 39.
