We have partnered with Microgrid Labs as a strategic fleet electrification transition technology <br />partner and assembled a highly qualified team of niche, purpose-driven organizations that offer proven skills and the <br />expertise needed to deliver an exemplary Fleet Electrification Transition Plan that will fulfill the scope of work, meet all <br />state and federally requirements and the City’s goals for the project on a priority timeline. <br />This proposal highlights our proposed approach and how our team is uniquely qualified to help the City of Everett and <br />Everett Transit build on steps taken to date to fully implement a successful fleet electrification transition and achieve the <br />agency's future goals. As detailed within the proposal, our team offers: <br />•Specialized, industry leading firms and staff with deep experience in transit, fleet electrification, emissions, <br />climate, resiliency, clean energy, microgrids, equity, policy and workforce planning elements <br />•Zero-Emission Transition Planning experience from across the country for agencies of all sizes <br />•Alternative Fuels and Energy expertise, research, and best practices <br />•Cutting edge BEV technology resources made accessible to Everett Transit with a 1-year license following the <br />project (see Innovative Ideas/Approaches) <br />•Industry Leadership in Transit Workforce Development for Zero Emissions Buses through ITLC <br />•The capacity and experience to deliver the Fleet Electrification Transition Plan to meet the City’s priority <br />schedule and hard deadline <br />1 <br />Cover Letter <br />1
