• <br /> . • • <br /> ORDINANCE No. <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- <br /> ing described portions of an alley in the City of Everett, <br /> County of Snohomish, State of ':IashinE,ton, to-wit : <br /> An alley between High Street and Grand Avenue from <br /> margin of 41st Street to an East and ,'-Jest line <br /> 151.19 feet more or less North thereof, same being <br /> South margin of the alley Korth of Blocks 1 and 2 <br /> of Terrace Addition to Everett ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than Two-third of the <br /> private property abutting upon the alley between High Street and <br /> Grand Avenue from margin of 41st Street to East and pest line <br /> 151.19 feet more or less North thereof, same being South margin <br /> of the alley North of Ttslocl 1 and 2 of Terrace Addition to <br /> Everett, Snohomish County , dashington, have duly filed their <br /> petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the <br /> vacation of said alley; and <br /> 1HEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett <br /> did by resolution duly adopted fix the 13th day of June, 1941, <br /> at 10:00 o'clock A. IT. , of said day for the hearing and <br /> determination of said petition; and <br /> t"; EI EAS, due and legal notice of the time and place <br /> of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; and <br /> THEREA.S, at the time and the place fixed for hearing <br /> no persons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the <br /> herein described alley and no objections of any kind were made <br /> to the granting of said petition; and <br /> 7BEREA.S, it now appearing to the City Council that <br /> said petition should be granted and said Council does hereby <br /> determine to vacate the above described alley. <br /> THEREFORE E TEE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the alley in the City of Everett , <br /> County of Snohomish, State of l ashington, described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> An alley between high Street and Grand Avenue <br /> from margin of 41st Street to an East and vest <br /> line 151.19 feet more or less North thereof, same <br /> being South margin of the alley North of Blocks <br /> 1 and 2 of Terrace Addition to Everett, Snohomish <br /> County, iashington, <br />
