B." guns, sling-shots , bean-shooters or any like <br /> appliance or apparatus within the City of Everett; providing <br /> penalties for the violation thereof , and declaring an emergency. <br /> TTM CITY OF EVERETT DOES OP DA.IN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the use of "B.
