ORDINANCE No. 9 0 ‘, AN ORDINANCE vacating the portions of a street and an alley in the City of Everett described as follows, to-wit : Oregon Place between Delaware Avenue and Rucker Avenue ; AND, An alley in Block Seven (7 ) , Plat of Central Park Addi ti on to Everett ; and /11RZEAS, the ovine rs of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon Oregon Place between Delaware Avenue and huckeriD :,��n , and also abutting upon the alley in Block Seven (7 ) ,/ enra Park Addition to Everett have duly filed their petition-With the City Council of Everett, praying for the vacation of said portions of said street and said alley; and 7f1.TTI EAS , said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted fix the 24th day of February , 1941, at 10:00 o 'clock A. n!r. , of said day, for the hearing and determination of said petit ion; and ''LFREAS, due a nd le gal not ice of the time a nd pla ce of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the r .nne r required by law; and lArBEREAS, at the time end p1P ce fixed for hearing no person appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein described portions of said street and said alley, and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition; and WITERE.AS, it now appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portions of said street and said alley.
