City of Everett that will require the City to <br />revise the quick service probationary license ordinance to have the minimum dress <br />requirement to match the minimum dress requirements of the lewd conduct ordinance and to <br />pay the plaintiffs $500,000. <br /> <br />Ramsey Ramerman, Assistant City Attorney, provided an overview of the settlement and history <br />of the original ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br />
