While there is no fee for the updated software, there are <br />costs for the following associated services that will be delivered in 2023: <br />$ 11,000 Training <br />$ 4,450 Project management <br />$ 660 Sisense setup fee <br />This reappropriation carries forward Library purchases ordered in 2022, but not received by December 31, 2022: <br />$ 11,270 Bibliotheca self-check machine <br />$ 2,558 Two office chairs <br />$ 3,108 Public charging devices <br />$ 5,531 Chromebooks <br />$ 1,117 Miscellaneous supplies <br />The Governor and the WA State Legislature made grant funding available for all counties and cities to support the upcoming comprehensive plan and <br />development regulation “periodic updates,” associated with the Growth Management Act as required under RCW 36.70A.130(5). This grant supports <br />the temporary addition of a full-time Planning & Community Engagement Coordinator through June 30, 2024, to assist with the update. <br />The City of Everett is eligible to receive a total of $325,000 for the Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update project. Starting July 1, 2022, counties and <br />cities with a 2024 deadline were eligible to receive the first half of their grant. The City will receive the second half in 2023. <br />This reappropriation carries forward unspent grant funds in the amount of $295,360. <br />Tally 2023 <br />ATTACHMENT A
