A five-year warranty is <br />included for each taser. <br />This reappropriation carries forward $110,331 for the purchase of duty ammunition. The purchase agreements were created in 2021 and 2022 under <br />purchase order numbers CB21086, OM22331, and CB22131. In both 2021 and 2022, there were delays in manufacturing, resulting in partial deliveries. <br />The remaining product is expected in 2023. <br />In Fall 2022, the Police department entered into an agreement with PST Investigation to assist with applicant background processing and reporting. <br />Due to the amount of time needed for each applicant's background checks, PST continues to assist with the hiring process. The department is <br />requesting to reappropriate $57,614, the remainder of the original funding be available, to fund a portion of this service through 2023. An additional <br />request for new funding in the amount of $23,699 is included in GGA-10. <br />This reappropriation carries forward $7,365 for the acquisition and payment of 12 protective ballistic helmets for officer protection during civil <br />disturbances. The purchase agreement was created in 2022 under purchase order number OM22575. Delivery of the helmets is expected in 2023. <br />Tally 2023 <br />ATTACHMENT A
