I think the common path of travel is exceeded (100' in sprinklered B occupancy) before <br />this tenant has two choices of exit, per IBC 1014.3. Exiting through the office may not be acceptable per <br />IBC 1014.2 Egress through intervening spaces, but I will check with Tony after lunch.
