AT'T ORDINA.NCE regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and regulating and limiting the use of buildings and lands and establishing a district for said purposes; providing penalties for the violation thereof; declaring an emergency and repealing Ordinance No. 2825 of the City of Everett 7„THEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Everett has heretofore recommended to the City Council the establishment of a residential district and regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and regulating and limiting the use of buildings and lands and establishing a district for said purposes, as herein provided, after a public hearing with reference thereto, notice of said hearing having been given in the manner required by law. THE CITY OF EVTERE TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. For the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and for the purpose of creating what shall be known as "First Residential District , Zone A, " and for the purpose of restricting the buildings in said First Residential District, Zone A, to building constructing, using and maintaining of hones end apartment houses and their necessarily and usual appurtenant buildings the boundaries of said First Residential District , Zone A, shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of 24th Street with the 'center line of the alley between Colby fvenueIand Hoyt Avenue; thence North along center line of said alley between Dolby Avenue and Hoyt avenue to a point 125 feet North of the North margin of 19th Street ; thence East along a line parallel to the :North margin of 19th Street to the center line of alley between Lombard Avenue and Broadway; thence North along center line of said alley between Lombard Avenue and Broadway produced North in its present direction to a point 668.20 feet North of the North margin of 12th Street ; thence East along a line parallel to the North margin of 12th Street to center line of Broadway extended South; thence North along center line of Broadway extended to center line of 10th Street ; thence East along center line of 10th Street to East line of Bailey Addition; thence north along East line of Bailey Addition and Swaiwell' s 4th Addition to Everett , Snohomish County, 'iashington, and contAinuing North to the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 5 East �.
