AN ORDINANCE approving.; and confirming the assessment and assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 547 , for the improvement of the East side of State Street from 23rd Street to 24th Street by construction of concrete curbs and gutters, and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2867 of the City of Everett ; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property, as shown by said roll, and providing for the issuance of bonds therefor end fixing. the date of issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 547 for the improvement of the East side of State Street from 23rd Street to 24th Street by construction of concrete curbs end ratters, and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2867 of the City of Everett , as the sane now stands, be , and the sane is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property, as shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the assessments appearing upon said roll, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the 3rd day of February 194i, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of bonds re- quired to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds- and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said.
