TiEREFOIM, the CITY OF EITEPJ TT DOES OF_DAll?: Section 1: That the alley in Dlock 622, F-Plat of Everett , be improved by grading to pr- ope r grade, installation of necessary drainage , construction of six inch concrete pavement, and doing all other work necessary to rE.ke a complete i_rrpr•overlent, all according to the pla ns and spe cif icati ons prepared under the directi on of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and op; roved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with law. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any rn nner for any Portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except as of ovided by Chapter 141 Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett.
